Hai I'm Leo, the webmaster of this website. You may ask: what's the point of this? That's a very good question; Cafe MeowMeow started out three years ago as my first botched attempt at learning html and since then I've been refining it as I go, so it's always subject to change. The characters featured on the website are my own OCs for a game that will likely never see the light of day, because thinking about this stuff is fun but my skills are limited and so is my time.
